Guest Podcast: "STEP 0" on The Rational Enquirer
Have you ever helped someone take their first step?
It's almost more satisfying than starting something new personally. But it's even better when you get a chance for you and a friend to take your first steps TOGETHER.
Recently I had the pleasure of being the first ever guest on The Rational Enquirer (I see what you did there!) podcast, hosted by my good friend Joseph "Shribs" Schreiber.
After finding out that we each wanted to start a podcast in February, we decided to hold each other accountable and help each other launch together! Neither of us had ever done it before, so Joe brought over his sound equipment and we hit RECORD... and had an absolute blast!
Joseph is one of the most intelligent and curious people I know.
He's got an insatiable hunger for learning and, for me, is one of those friends who I can talk with for 3 hours and not even notice the clock. (Lucky for you, this podcast is NOT 3 hours long! haha) You guys will love his energy, charisma, and genuine joy for life.
You'll also get to learn some new things about me in our interview, as well as some fantastic nuggets of knowledge that come up throughout our animated conversation.
Come hang out with us as we talk about STEP 0, Harry Potter movies, our definition of success, balancing epic fantasy novels with personal development books, and so much more!
Here’s what Joseph had to say:
This first RQ Podcast (and every one after) is a direct result of Nathanael Clanton.
Thus, it was fitting to have him on the very first episode of RQ. Nathanael wrote a book called STEP 0 about guiding creative entrepreneurs through the starting process of accomplishing their goals; and to say that both the book and him have had an impact on me would be an understatement.
Nathanael has a fantastic disposition, and is one of the most positive and engaging people I have ever met. It was an absolute thrill to be going through the beginning of this journey with him, and as you will hear, he is as smooth and intelligent as they come. Enjoy!
